ROLE
This position is pivotal in driving demand creation, focusing on specification and project activities within the Projects & Services Channel. Engaging with Architects and specifiers Specification, Commercial Contractors, and B2B customers, the role targets Commercial Building Solutions for new build and fit-out contracts, while championing sustainability in the built environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
- Create demand with architects and specifiers enabling sales and projects and services functions to quote, win and deliver these projects.
- Supporting Commercial Specification Manager in CPD presentations with Specifiers and all 'Green' stakeholders
- Educating people how products and solutions can impact on GBCA, NABERS energy rating schemes.
- Supporting sales with preparing quotes and any other ad hoc responsibilities
- Ensure all activity is kept up to date in Salesforce
- Collect, update, and analyze customer data, competitor information, and market dynamics, including pricing, products, network, and services.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in architectural / specification industry
- Understands the specification process for commercial projects
- Bachelor's Degree - major: Architecture, Interior design, Business, Commerce, or Engineering - desirable but not essential
- Technically minding with the ability to learn quickly about smart technology, automation and building controls
