After working for one of the UK’s fastest growing Executive Search businesses, where he was consistently the top performing consultant and manager for over 6 years, James went on to form Blackrock Executive Recruitment Services in 2009 alongside Nick Barker. He works predominantly within the FM & Building Services, Aerospace and the Off-Site Construction industry, where his dedication to clients and candidates has helped him become a leading recruitment partner for a large segment of this market place.
He is a leading figure amongst the board within Blackrock Executive Recruitment Services, with an engaging, dynamic and people centric personality, possessing a natural ability to instill his passion for excellence into his team.
Nick Barker - Blackrock Executive Recruitment Services - Director
Nick developed his career within Specialist Head Hunting after 6 years developing and making a name for himself exclusively sourcing the best calibre of candidates internationally for Europe’s leading Blue Chip Enterprises. Having an extensive background in placing Specialist Sales and Senior Board Level appointments across industries including Professional Services, Manufacturing, Facilities Management and Security, to name a few.
Upon his success Nick, jointly set up Blackrock Executive Recruitment Services with aspirations to grow into the market leading Specialist Consultancy that we now know it as. With his unrivalled success Nick has been responsible for not only developing teams for his clients but working on strategic plans for retained company growth across the marketplace.
